Dr. Ralph Stanley is one of the legends of bluegrass music, having performed for over 50 years now.
One of his most recent works is as a contributor to the O Brother Where Art Thou movie soundtrack. Approximately two million copies of this cd have been sold at the time of this writing. I purchased an autographed copy directly from him at the festival.
