Weather: Heavy cloud cover until just north of Muncho Lake, then clear.

After leaving Toad River I got very cold riding through the mountains. The next stop was at the Liard River hot springs - the 120 degree F water sure felt good. I spent an hour soaking in it before continuing.

A boardwalk joins the parking lot and the hot springs. I saw a bull moose here.

The park has a bath house at the hot springs for changing clothes.

Several underwater wooden benches are available to sit on.
