The house was built in 1900 and has had significant renovations recently completed. It still needs some work, though. It is approximately 1000 square feet and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.
The house has three porches. The front porch is seen in this photo.

This is Oscar, an eastern fence lizard who lives at the rear porch. He can
usually be found sunning himself on the steps. Oscar is rather tame and acts as
if he is comfortable around people.
